Today we made mac and cheese.
Making it was fun but it required a lot of patience as the water took ages to boil! Me and my partner Pepper worked well together and we were organised but we need to be quicker cleaning up. I'll work on that next lesson. The pasta was yummy and I really liked the sauce, but it was a bit plain so next time i would put more salt in it.
Next lesson we are doing another prac and we are making scones. I'm really excited!!
