In today's lesson we did a sample menu where we had to write the measurements we would need for the mac and cheese, the apple crumble and the chicken and avocado quewadillas. It wasn't that hard and it has really helped me with my pizza menu. I am thinking my pizza is going to have cheese, chicken, avocado, and maybe a mini fruit salad on the side, but I need to think about how much time i have in the kitchen. I hope to get my food order done within the next few days.
