Today we did the pizza prac.
It was so much fun. We got given the ingredients we ordered and got to work at the benches. I found that everything went well and i worked quickly and got cleaned up in time, however at the end of the lesson I dropped my pizza on the floor so I couldnt eat it which was sad. I have to complete my evaluation by wednesday and then all of my assesment for hospitalty will be done!
